Exclusions: 1
- Frozen lines, any tanks or appliances, lines that have failed a proactive inspection or test when no operational failure has occurred, branch lines, remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials, any sections/parts not installed properly, repairs or replacement protected under other coverage, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by SLWA. Additional exclusions apply.

- Non-conforming drain lines, septic/collection tanks, leaching fields, grinder pumps, backflow prevention devices, lines that branch off and do not connect back to the primary system, remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials, any sections/parts not installed properly, repairs or replacement protected under other coverage, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). Who is SLWA?

What quality of repair can I expect?
Local, licensed and insured contractors perform covered repairs, which are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund (less any claims paid, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will be effective at the end of the then-current billing month, and you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable). You may also contact SLWA to cancel if you find your utility or municipality provides similar coverage to you at no charge, and you will receive a refund less any claims paid (where applicable).

Your choice of whether to purchase this plan will not affect any service you have with your local utility or community. Your local utility or community and SLWA entered into a commercial agreement to introduce these plans.
